Nourish and Heal - Mind and Body
We are three seasoned health practitioners who work independently and collaboratively with specializations in eating disorder treatment, nutrition therapy, creative arts and mind body integrative psychotherapy. In addition to individual and family psychotherapy and nutritional counseling, we offer a variety of groups and workshops, including meal support, support for care givers, intuitive eating counseling, expressive arts groups and more. The Cottage Counseling Center is located at 820 Capitola Road, Santa Cruz, CA, 95062 near 7th Avenue.
We also serve Aptos, Capitola, Soquel, Scotts Valley, Felton, Los Gatos, Watsonville, Monterey and surrounding communities. Our inviting private office is in a home like setting with a comfortable waiting room, a dining room, kitchen and edible garden. It is located on bus lines and has its own ample parking lot. We recently renovated the building and are expanding our services over the next year.
